Partnerships Facilitated Discussions

A Walker Partnership Facilitated Discussion is designed for districts who are interested in reviewing or building a flexible inclusion support program for emotionally and behaviorally challenged students. All staff come together and collaboratively examine what is working, and what needs improvement. Our skilled facilitators will keep participants focused and cover necessary steps in program planning including: developing a clear mission statement; identifying program goals; specifying populations served; articulating clear intake and exit criteria; understanding roles and responsibilities of various staff members; creating appropriate program protocols, procedures and policies; and data collection and evaluation.
