INTERNSHIPS

At Walker, we are proud to offer a rich array of active field learning experiences across a number of different disciplines. Undergraduate students can gain experience in our residential program as they pursue their Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (psychology, sociology, social work, social justice). Walker offers many different graduate level clinical training opportunities both on our Needham and Watertown campuses. Students studying Macro Social Work as well as those with an interest in social science research can find a place in the Walker internship program.

Please find a complete listing of our internship and training offerings by clicking on the following link: 2018-2019 Internship/Training Openings

If you wish to receive additional information about Walker’s internship program, please contact our Director of Internship Program, Jennie Shaw, LICSW at jshaw@walkercares.org or 781-292-2101.
